As you know, we’re specialized in various diamond & silicon antique brushes, sponge diamond polishing pads, etc these stone abrasive tools, the highlight of this showcase is 5 steps (1# 2# 3# 4# 5#) diamond brushes and airflex antique brushes with rubber bristles which we designed and launched at the middle of last year.

We use new craft on the below diamond brushes which can make the diamond filaments distributed evenly, besides we marked them with 5 steps (1# 2# 3# 4# 5#) instead of regular grit like 24# 36# 46# 60# 80# 120# 180# 240# 320# 400# 600# 800# 1000# 1200#, that means we summarized the most effective 5 grits from many testing result and the feedback from clients, it can help our clients shorten polishing steps but obtain a better antique treatment result.

So far this new craft only applied to fickert model and round model antique brushes. The frankfurt model is pending.

Antique brushes with rubber bristles for matt surface, available grits are from 80# 120# 150# 180# 240# 320# 400# 600# 800# 1000# 2000# 3000#. There are 3 types we can make : frankfurt shape, fickert shape and round shape, applying to different machines.
